Because the generation of vibration is determined by the inherent nature of the crusher, the vibration generated by it can only be reduced by systematic measures, and detailed and systematic treatment can be carried out from the place where damage and possible resonance may occur. Control the vibration to an acceptable range.

2, using rubber sheets and other modern new materials to reduce vibration

In order to reduce the vibration, when installing the equipment, a rubber sheet of not less than 10 mm thick should be placed between the crusher and the foundation as a cushioning material. After the secondary grouting cement is firm, tighten the anchor bolts. However, in use, due to the large impact vibration of the jaw crusher, the requirements of the foundation and the installation are high. Once there is a deviation in a certain link or a defect in the equipment parts itself, it will be unpredictable. failure. In order to solve this problem reasonably, the secondary grouting layer is completely cleaned, and at the same time, the level of the plane on the foundation is super flat, and the thick rubber sheet is used instead of the secondary grouting layer.

Because the discharge width of the PE900×1200 jaw crusher is about 120mm, the up and down vibration deformation △x=120×tg23°=50.9mm, and the thickness of the grouting layer is generally 25mm or more. Therefore, the rubber of 50~80mm thickness is selected. The plate (standard 600mm × 350mm × 80mm, 4 pieces, with holes) is used as the secondary grouting layer and the vibration damping layer. After 24 hours, it is fastened once, and then tightened once after 7 days. After the treatment, the equipment is operated for two years. Normal, there is no overhaul of the equipment as a whole, and the performance remains stable.
