The wire diameter must be large enough. Shielded wires must be used where shielding is required. The shielding must be connected according to the system requirements to avoid interference.
The requirements for CNC machine tools to interface with her are usually high, and the entry line to the workshop and factory must have a complete grounding network that meets the requirements for the installation of CNC machine tools. It is a prerequisite to ensure the safe and reliable operation of CNC machine tools and must be given sufficient attention.
(2) Preventing strong electric interference Electromagnetic components such as contactors and relays in the power cabinet of CNC machine tools are frequently turned on/off of the AC contactor of the interference source, frequent starting and stopping of the AC motor, and the wiring of the main path and the control circuit is unreasonable. . It may cause the control circuit of the CNC to produce spikes, surge voltages and other disturbances that affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, the following measures must be taken to eliminate electromagnetic interference.
1) Parallel RC absorbers on both ends of AC contactor coil and three-phase output of AC motor
2) Add free-wheeling diode across the coil of the DC contactor or DC solenoid valve
3) Add surge absorbers and filters between the input power lines of the CNC.
4) The three-phase armature cable of servo motor adopts shielded wire (commonly used by SIEMENS driver).
The interference can be effectively suppressed by the above methods, but it should be noted that the length of the connection line should be as close to the interference source as possible. The length of the connection line should not be greater than 20cm in principle.
(3) To suppress or reduce the interference of the power supply line L. 3) Avoid high-power equipment that frequently starts and stops CNC machine tools and EDM equipment sharing the same main line
4) When installing a CNC machine tool, it should be as far away as possible from inverter equipment such as mid-frequency furnaces and high-frequency induction furnaces.
