On October 1, 2014, most of the gas stations in Sinopec Hangzhou began to be listed as sales of national five-standard gasoline and national standard four-vehicle diesel . According to the plan, on November 1st, all gas stations in the Hangjiahu region will be supplied with the national five-standard petrol and the national standard four-vehicle diesel; on January 1, 2015, all petrol stations in Zhejiang Province will achieve the national standard four-vehicle diesel supply; 2016 On January 1 of the year, all gas stations in the province achieved the supply of the national five-standard gasoline and the national five-vehicle diesel. After the upgrade, Hangzhou will become the third provincial capital city after the Nanjing and Guangzhou to use the five-standard gasoline, and Zhejiang will also become the province that used the country's five-standard gasoline earlier.
It is understood that at present, the vehicle gasoline in Zhejiang Province is the national standard and the vehicle diesel is the national standard. After the upgrade, the limit value of the sulfur content of gasoline for motor vehicles in Zhejiang will be reduced from 50 ppm in the fourth country to 10 ppm, a reduction of 80%. The upgrade of diesel quality will go from State III to Country IV and go straight to State V. The limit of sulfur content will be reduced from 350ppm in the third country to 50ppm in the country, and then to 10ppm in the country, which is a 97% reduction.
Full upgrade of diesel
As the main channel for the production and supply of refined oil in Zhejiang, Sinopec Zhenhai Refinery and Zhejiang Petroleum have always been committed to improving the quality of oil products. In accordance with the common purpose of serving localities and creating clear water and blue sky, the National IV standard vehicle was organized and implemented in advance. With the upgrading of diesel and national five-standard gasoline, the company began to actively prepare for the early stage as early as 2014, and planned to replace it as soon as possible.
In line with this oil quality upgrade, Zhejiang Petrol also modified the grades of the National Fifth Automobile Gasoline at the same time. No. 90, No. 93 and No. 97 were respectively adjusted to No. 89, No. 92 and No. 95. The National Five-Standard 92 petrol is applicable to vehicles originally using 93# gasoline; the 95th gasoline is applicable to vehicles originally using 97# gasoline; and the national IV vehicle diesel fuel has the same number after upgrade. During the replacement period, the National Five-Standard Gasoline and the National Four-Standard Gasoline and the National Four-Standard Vehicle Diesel Fuel and the National Three-Standard Vehicle Diesel Fuel can be mixed and increased.
According to reports, the quality of oil products at the listed Sinopec gas stations meets the requirements of the new standards. The station’s LED or banner will announce that “the station’s gasoline has been upgraded to the national five standard, and diesel has been upgraded to the national standard for four vehiclesâ€. At the same time, the company will issue an invoice with the National Five Gasoline or State Four Vehicle Diesel Fuel Invoices and IC Cards to ensure that the standard for gasoline and diesel oil sold is consistent with the announcement and related certificates.
