1. When the impeller fan is modified, the reducer will be removed, and a whole frame will be rebuilt. 6 sets of combined belt drive will be used to change the self-adjusting wheel Yi to the hand-turning wheel, and the blade will be changed from TB type to TD type. . In the case of the air cooler bundle and the frame, the two combined impellers are changed to two impellers with a diameter of 4m. According to the change of ambient temperature, different numbers of fans are turned on to meet the temperature requirements of the medium. The air cooler fan of the four combined solvent deasphalting unit is technically modified in the case where the original structure is not changed greatly. The original fan is a TW type blade and a mechanical angle adjustment fan. This type of structure has 17 bearings in each fan, which is particularly prone to failure and is difficult to repair. The Tw-type blade is a widened blade, the blade has a large weight, and the stiffness at the root of the blade is abrupt, which is particularly prone to fracture. In this transformation, the Tw-type blade was changed to the TD-type blade, the wheel-yi was changed to the hand-turning wheel, and the structural form of the bearing seat was also changed. After the transformation, each fan has only 2 bearings, which is very convenient for maintenance and repair, and the fan is not prone to failure.

2. The new type of TD-type blade is used for the air-cooler fan blades of the three sets of devices. The blades used in most of the air coolers of our factory are TB and Tw series blades. These series of blades are products that were digested and absorbed by the imported wind turbines in China in the 1970s. They belong to the technical level of HuDSoN Company in the 1960s. The design basis for the TB series blades is a tip speed of 60 m/s and a total pressure efficiency between 08 and 0. The design basis of the Tw series blades is the tip speed of 45m/s. The advantages of this series of blades are low noise, but the total pressure efficiency is also low, only 0, 75 - 0, 8. If the cooling effect of the fan is increased on the basis of the existing fan, the installation angle of the blade can be increased or the number of revolutions of the fan can be increased. However, this is beyond the normal use range of the fan, and the airflow between the blades is in an unstable region, so that the full-pressure efficiency of the fan is greatly reduced. It even caused motor overload or damage to the fan and frame. Tests have proved that under normal use, the full-pressure efficiency of the TD-type vane fan is between 0, 85 and 0, 89, and the efficiency envelope of the water-cooled screw unit is gentle. When the actual working condition deviates from the design point, the full-pressure efficiency changes. Not large, can run in the high efficiency zone for a long time. To increase the strength and stiffness of the blade, the relative thickness of the blade face is gradually variable along the length of the blade. The relative thickness of the tip of the TD type blade is 13%, and the relative thickness at the maximum chord length is 17%. The blade has small deformation during operation and long service life, and has the characteristics of high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. Can work stably and reliably. The original fan blades of our factory are matched in groups. The blades between the groups and the groups are not interchangeable due to the large difference in torque. If the fan is damaged during use, it must be replaced in groups or the torque balance must be re-balanced. Otherwise, the fan is vibrated severely and cannot operate, and the fan is expensive to use and maintain. Blades of the same specification can be interchanged and easy to use and maintain.

3. The new structure bearing seat is used. The bearing housing of the air cooler fan of our factory is an integral bearing seat. The quality is around lookg. It has not been taken out after the bearing damage has occurred many times. The bearing seat is also seriously damaged. The bearing housing is replaced in one piece. In this transformation, we use the bearing housing of the structure shown in Figure 1. The advantage of this type of bearing housing is that the upper and lower halves of the bearing housing are assembled during processing to ensure the coaxiality of the two bearing positions. If the lower end bearing is to be replaced, loosen the lower end bearing cap, loosen the coupling bolts of the upper and lower half bearing housings, screw the bolt into the screw hole of the upper half bearing housing, and open the upper and lower half bearing housings. In this way, the lower end bearing can be removed from the shaft. In a similar way, the upper bearing can be removed. This type of housing provides great convenience for field replacement of bearings. The upper end of the bearing seat is provided with a distance sleeve, which can apply the axial force of the fan to the upper end bearing, and the lower end bearing only bears the axial force of the belt. In this way, the two 22313 double row spherical rollers in the bearing seat are evenly stressed, which can greatly improve the service life of the bearing housing. In the case of power consumption; the constant temperature of the medium is obviously improved compared with the previous one, and the fan has small vibration, low noise and stable operation. The technical transformation of the wind turbine was successful. This technical transformation has strong applicability, small capital investment, and short construction period, which can be promoted and used in similar wind turbine technical transformation.
