Portable water meter fault detection:
First, measure open circuit
When the open circuit is measured, the measurement status display and the electrolytic status display will show the maximum. The LED digital display counts the electrolyte in the anode compartment to produce excessive iodine and the color becomes darker. At this point you should check the following conditions:
1, Â Measure whether the plug and socket are in good contact.
2, Â Measure whether the electrode lead is open and whether the plug is soldered well.
Second, portable water meter electrolytic open circuit
Â
When the electrolysis is open, the measurement status indicator indicates that the electrolysis status display only lights 2 green lights. The “ LED †digital display does not count. In this case, check the following conditions:
1, Â Electrolytic plugs and sockets are in good contact.
2, Â Whether the electrolytic lead on the cathode chamber is open or not, and whether the plug welding is good (when re-welding the plug, care should be taken that the anode and cathode cannot be soldered wrongly).
3, Â Yin and Yang electrode platinum wire welding point is open.
Third, the portable water meter measurement short circuit
Â
When the short circuit is measured, there is no indication in the measurement and electrolysis status display. The LED digital display does not count. In this case, check the following conditions:
1, Â Measure whether the plug or socket is short-circuited.
2, Â Measure whether the two ball ends meet together or if they are short-circuited inside.
3, Â Measure whether the electrode is leaking. When the electrolysis time of the leaking instrument exceeds half an hour, it cannot reach the end point (this time it is not an electrolyte problem, replace the measuring electrode).
