Article 2 The measuring instruments referred to in this system are devices, measuring instruments and instruments that directly or indirectly measure the magnitude of the measured object. Supervise and inspect all measurement systems, procedures, standards and implementation, and the use and testing of various measuring instruments and meters, and be responsible for matters within the scope of measurement.
   Article 6 The company undertakes that all units and workshops (equivalent units) can be equipped with a certain number of special (and concurrent) measurement administrators according to the actual needs of the work to form a measurement management network to uniformly manage the measurement work of the unit.
   Article 7 For measurement management personnel, metrological verification personnel shall strengthen study and improve their professional quality and work level.
   Article 8 The mobile station shall, according to the actual work, formulate working standards and management procedures within its own business scope for the measurement personnel at all levels to implement.
   Article 9 Strictly measure the procurement and use management of measuring instruments. Any additional measuring instruments must be examined by the mobile station, and the plan shall be purchased as required by the deputy general manager in charge.
   Article 10 The motorized office shall establish and improve the layout charts of various measuring instruments and the main measuring instruments, and record in detail the purchase time, location of use, and user conditions of various instruments, so that the accounts are consistent and reasonable to use.    Article 11 Units and personnel using measuring instruments shall be conscientious and responsible. According to the metering, all kinds of records shall be complete, and problems shall be solved in time and reported to the metrology department.
   Article 12 Non-measurement workers shall not engage in measurement work, and it is strictly forbidden for any personnel to tamper with measuring instruments or engage in matters not related to measurement work in the measurement room.
   Article 13 It is strictly forbidden to use the measuring instruments that are illegally defined and exceed the verification period and have no verification certificate. Any accident caused by the inaccuracy of the use of measuring instruments shall be the responsibility of the relevant operators.
   Three maintenance inspection of measuring instruments
   Article 14 The newly purchased measuring instruments must be produced by the national designated manufacturers and certified by the product quality, and the unqualified products are not allowed to be used.
   Article 15 It is strictly forbidden to dismantle measuring instruments to prevent smashing, bumping, vibration, pollution and other behaviors that hinder the measurement accuracy. All measuring instruments must be carefully maintained and maintained in accordance with the requirements. No unit may dismantle without permission.
   Article 16 The company's mobile department is responsible for organizing the verification of measuring instruments according to the prescribed period. Five Supplementary Provisions
   Article 24 The measuring instruments used for finished products shall be specifically managed by the maneuvering department, and the person in charge shall be responsible for the accuracy. The accuracy must be ensured to meet the specified requirements. Each measurement shall be carefully checked before each measurement, and the records shall be perfected after measurement.
   Article 25 The measuring instruments used for precious metals and their raw materials must comply with the state regulations, and the accuracy of their measuring instruments shall not be less than 0.1%.
   Article 26 When measuring finished products, the Finance Department shall be present to supervise and record jointly, and the Security Department shall be responsible for safety work.
   Article 27 Anyone who suffers losses or accidents due to measurement errors may investigate the cause and investigate the responsibility.
   Article 28 In energy measurement, production and life must be measured separately and must not be mixed.
   Article 29 In the event of a dispute arising from the measurement, in principle, the opinions of the metrological department shall be obeyed, and the problem is complicated. If the department cannot solve the problem, it shall report to the in charge of the management.
   Article 30 If a production unit has doubts about a measuring instrument, it shall promptly submit it to the Ministry of Mobility for verification. If there is any problem, it shall be promptly resolved. If the verification is normal, it shall be explained to the production unit and continue to be used.
   Article 31 If the relevant articles of this system are inconsistent with the provisions of the state or higher authorities, they shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the higher authorities.
