4 Hunan Taolin lead zinc ore processing plant in 1957. The plant was designed by folding Changsha Research Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy Design, the design capacity of 3000t / d.
(1) Ore property: Taolin lead-zinc mine is a medium-temperature hot liquid filling deposit of polymetallic fluorite ore. Useful mineral ore galena, sphalerite, fluorite-based, copper ore and containing a small amount of yellow, pyrite, covellite like. Lead and zinc are present in sulfide ore, accounting for more than 90% of the total lead and zinc content. There are small amounts of aluminum oxide and secondary copper sulfide ore near the surface. Gangue minerals quartz-based, SiO 2 content accounts for 60 to 80%, In addition, barite, chlorite, sericite, kaolin clay, phyllite and the like.
The ore is dominated by a block structure. The galena is mainly embedded in the quartz vein with the sphalerite and pyrite. The crystal particles are usually fried 1~5mm, the maximum is 18~20mm, and the minimum is 0.01~0.05mm. Sphalerite is mainly embedded in irregular veins in quartz veins or green schists, or in conjunction with pyrite and galena. The crystal particles are generally 2~10mm, the maximum is 22~10mm, and the minimum is 0.025~0.05mm. The fluorite should be block crystal, generally symbiotic with galena and sphalerite in fine granular form.
The ore contains 0.91% lead, 1.25% zinc and 13.49% fluorite; however, the fluctuation range is larger, lead is 1.9~0.62%, zinc is 3.27~1.44%, fluorite is 18.48~0.9%, and copper content is 0.081%. The ore contains 8% mud, water contains 8~9%, the ore density is 2.761t/m 3 , the original mine loose density is 1.75t/m 3 , the lead concentrate density is 5.7t/m 3 , the zinc concentrate density is 4.3t/m 3 , The density of stone concentrate is 3.10t/m 3 , the density of copper concentrate is 4.1t/m 3 , and the density of tailings is 2.67t/m 3 .
(2) Process: The plant mainly produces lead and zinc and comprehensively recovers fluorite powder concentrate. The ore mine adopts a three-stage open-circuit crushing process, and the final crushed product has a particle size of less than 22 mm, and the grinding is a closed-circuit process, and the grinding fineness is less than 0.074 mm, which is 48-50%. The selection process is priority flotation. First, copper and lead mixed flotation, copper and lead tailings are used for zinc flotation, and zinc tails are used for flotation of fluorite. The process flow is shown in Figure 7. The mineral processing technology indicators are shown in Table 19. The unit consumption index of the fluorite flotation part is shown in Figure 20. The main equipment of the fluorite flotation part is shown in Table 21.
Forgings are produced by 1000T+1600T electric screw press machine and Swiss Hatebur high-speed forging equipment AMP30S with medium frequency induction heating and full automatic operating by Robot for high quality assurance, lower allowance, advantages of materials saving and better metal streamline.
