Fujian "Development of Water-Soluble PVA Films at Room Temperature" has been reviewed by experts

On January 20th, the “Development of Water-Soluble PVA Films at Room Temperature” project selected by Fujian Yong’an Sanyuanfeng Water-soluble Membrane Co., Ltd. passed the assessment of the Fujian expert assessment team. The expert review team consisted of materials engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, and Five experts including organic chemicals and polymer chemicals, Professor Cheng Xian?, dean of Fuzhou University's College of Materials Science and Engineering, and the head of the expert review team.
The project has independently developed a room temperature water-soluble PVA film production process and equipment, the film deposition rate of PVA film reached 11m/min, close to the international advanced level. The project has now completed the pilot test, and the process technology has basically matured. Tested by the Fujian Provincial Center for Inspection, the product quality has reached the Q/YSYF001-2006 corporate standard and can be adapted to market demand. This product can replace similar imported products. At present, the product has been applied in high-end apparel, packaging, water transfer printing, and liquid crystal displays. The users have a good response, and the economic and social benefits are significant. The project integrated technology has reached the leading domestic level.
