I. Overview

     The DF-E double inlet air-conditioning fan produced by Shanghai Yingda Fan Co., Ltd. is a multi-blade centrifugal fan developed by the company with large air volume, low noise, compact structure, beautiful appearance, and easy installation and use. It is an ideal accessory product for air purification, temperature regulation and refrigeration industries in various industrial and mining enterprises and various public places.

Second, use

    DF-E air-conditioning fans are mainly used for various air-conditioning units, air curtains, heating and cooling fans, etc. It can also be used for indoor ventilation of industrial and mining enterprises and public places. The medium to be transported is air and other gases that are not pyrophoric and harmless to the human body. No particulate matter is allowed in the gas, and the dust content is not more than 150mg/m 3 .

Third, the structure

    DF-E centrifugal air-conditioning fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor, chassis and other major components.

    1. The impeller , which is made up of dozens of blades bent forward, riveted to the wheel cover and the middle plate. All parts are made of stamping die, accurate and reliable size, shape, air performance, and after the dynamic balance correction, smooth operation, low vibration, low noise.

    2. The cabinet, made of special equipment and tooling, durable, elegant appearance.

    3. The fan adopts E -type transmission, that is, the pulley driven by the impeller connected to the impeller shaft runs to meet the double inlet structure requirements of the fan. The user can obtain different fan performance parameters by changing the pulley diameter ratio to meet the needs of different working conditions.
