Trial Frequency Power Generator Field Test Considerations
1ã€Triple frequency generator has over current protection. It is set to 80% of the rated output current when it is delivered from the factory. When it is used for small load, it should be re-tuned according to the actual condition of the load. When overcurrent or blow occurs during boosting When the phenomenon is worn, the overcurrent protection action can protect the test object, so that the accident of the test product will not be enlarged. At this time, the input three-phase power supply should also be cut off immediately, so that the triple frequency power generation device will not be damaged.
2. During the test, if the capacitance of the test object is not large, the compensation reactor generally does not need to be connected to the line. If the capacitance current of the test object is too large, both ends of the compensation reactor should be connected in parallel with both ends of the test object (see wiring diagram) to perform current compensation so as to increase the power factor of the entire test circuit and reduce the output current.
3. Because the tripler power generator operates in supersaturation, the time for accessing the three-phase line should be as short as possible, generally not exceeding five minutes. When testing the test sample, the test time shall not exceed 40 seconds;
4. When using a split type triple frequency power supply device, the voltage of the contactor coil in the control box is 1/3 of the output voltage of the tripler power generator. Never use 50HZ power supply for trial.
5. The frequency distribution power supply of the tripler power generator can only be used when testing the voltage transformer. When the voltage of the tested product exceeds a certain range, another compensation reactor should be selected (can be described when ordering) .
