The holes and holes function of the CZ purline machines or the CZ interchange Roll Forming Machine
As we know, CZ purline is widely used in the steel structure building. For example to used as the Purline instead of wooden ones in old days. And the supporting steel frame to support the steel house and so on. The standard size of C purline is 80-300mm, the standard of the Z Purline is from 100-300 mm. There are also some reinforcing ribs and holes on the CZ purline. Today we talk about the holes on the CZ purlines and the designing of the punching system on the CZ Purline Roll Forming Machine.
There are 3 kinds of holes on the CZ purline, with each kind hole`s function.
1 The base two parallel oval hoes, the size is 14 mm*25mm. This oval hoes are used for connecting to the roof girder. Also the holes sizes can be customized according to customers` requirements.
2 The base round holes, this hole is used for connecting to the steel Rebar to make the purline steady.
3 The holes on the flange side, this hole is used to connect to the ceiling material and other usages.
As for the CZ purline roll forming machine, the holes punching system is normally the hydraulic punching system in the machine line, it no need the electric separate punching machines. Because the holes on the CZ purline is not dense holes, and the hydraulic punching system in the machine line is OK . About the punching method, there are also front punching holes method and post punching holes designing, both these two punching designing is OK.
