The basic principle of XLP/B series cyclone dust collector:
Removal mechanism is to make the dusty flow rotate by centrifugal force causes the separation of dust particles and collecting on the wall from the air, with the gravity of the dust particles into the hopper.
XLP/B series of cyclone dust remover:
According to its performance is divided into:
1. High efficiency cyclone dust collector. The diameter of the cylinder is small, which is used to separate the fine dust, and the efficiency of dust removal is above 95%.
2. High flow cyclone dust collector. The diameter of the cylinder is large and is used to deal with a large amount of gas flow. The efficiency of the dust removal is 50~80%.
3. A general cyclone duster between the two. It is used to deal with appropriate medium gas flow, and its dedusting efficiency is 80~95%.
According to its structure, it is divided into:Long cone, cylinder, diffusion type and by-pass type.
According to its combination and installation form, it is divided into:The internal cyclone dust collector (installed in the reactor or other equipment), the external cyclone dust collector, vertical and horizontal, and the single tube and multi tube cyclone dust remover.
