Resin slurry method

Huoshan County Dongxi gold mine gold and Nankai University in cooperation with the Institute of Jilin Province, in 1988, the original gold extraction process modification CIP process for the resin-in-pulp gold extraction process, and to further expand the production capacity of 50t 1989 / d, production has been good. The principle flow is shown in the figure. The resin used was NK884 weakly basic anion exchange resin (particle size 0.8-1.2 mm), which was desorbed by thiocyanate in one step, and the acid regeneration liquid was used to regenerate the resin.

The original 25t/d carbon slurry plant in Dongxi Gold Mine has advanced indicators. After using the resin slurry method to treat the sulfur-poor quartz vein ore, although the ore grade is slightly reduced, the technical indicators are still better than the carbon slurry method (see table). Each year, more gold can be recovered 0.34kg, silver 44.57kg, power saving 186,000 kW·h, cost reduction of 26,600 yuan, and profit and tax of 95,900 yuan. After the mine was expanded to a 50t/d resin ore pulp mill in June 1989, production has been normal, and the grade of Au dipping has been reduced to 0.15g/t.
