3. Check the V-belt and ask for a moderate degree of tightness.
4. Pour out rust-proof lime water. The cone is deflected forward to the first or second position, and the steel ball and the wall are washed with water. If necessary, grind the steel ball and the wall with the material to be ground.
5, close the discharge port, add water, ore, pesticides in turn, close the discharge port, and then turn the cone to the horizontal position, you can drive to grind.
(2) The driving stage should be checked regularly:
1. All working parts require stable and no noise.
2. Plug the discharge port and require no leakage.
(three), parking
1. After grinding for a specified period of time, turn off the power and stop. Tilt the cone cylinder to the discharge position to the first grid position, open the discharge port (turn the bolt tightly in the clockwise direction), and put the slurry into the box. Remove the feed plug, introduce the clean water with rubber, rinse the plug and the mineral sand in the wall, then disconnect the car and rinse it, then stop and stop the water.
2. Close the discharge port filled with anti-rust stone water, close the feed port, turn the cylinder to the horizontal position, and clean the parts of the machine with cotton yarn or cloth.
Second, maintenance procedures
(1) Cycle: minor repairs 2-3 years; medium repairs 6-8 years; overhaul 12-15 years.
(2) Maintenance content:
Minor repair: Replace the following consumables: copper sleeves, bushings, compression bolts, plugs, loading cover pressure pads, V-belts, bolt bushings, etc.
Medium repair: The medium repair includes minor repair projects, and inspection and replacement of the cylinder, support plate, bearing housing and other parts.
The failure of the parts and the acceptance criteria are subject to the drawings.
Third, maintenance procedures
(A), lubrication points and cleaning requirements: the operator regularly lubricates the following parts
1, the main bearing and the intermediate shaft
2, support plate bearing
3, motor bearing
(2) According to the requirements of the operating procedures, do the cleaning and sealing work of the cylinder.
