The project dismantled the original eight multi-storey residential buildings in the third living quarters, a total of 588 sets. A total of 1,500 new high-rise buildings have been built. The project has a total construction area of ​​184,457 square meters, including 144,150 square meters of high-rise residential buildings, 3,860 square meters of public buildings, 31,077 square meters of underground parking, and 5,370 square meters of underground civil air defense works.
The total investment of the project is 730 million yuan, of which the engineering cost is 470 million yuan, the other costs are 208 million yuan, the basic reserve fund is 41.07 million yuan and the sales cost is 4.61 million yuan.
