The Linbei line is the full name of “Lingcheng to Beibei Diaoyuliangshugang Highway”. It has a total length of 6.134 kilometers and a total investment of 530 million yuan. Designed according to a first-class highway standard with two-way four lanes and a design speed of 80 km/h. The project was started in September 2010. The starting point of the line is located at K266+400 of the New 329 National Road near Shantou, Xincheng City. It is connected with the Longcheng planned road to the Long Line. The route passes through the east side of the Chenjing Reservoir and passes through the peak and peak hill. Then, on the west side of Dongluodi Reservoir, the end point intersects with the North-facing Shugang Highway on the east side of the Beibei Township Government. Among them, the Jianfenggang tunnel is the longest tunnel in Zhoushan. It is designed as a two-hole four-lane road, of which the left line is 2407 meters long and the right line is 2427 meters long. There are 2.5 meters wide non-motorized lanes in the tunnel and there are 2 emergency parking belts.

The Linbei line opened up the north and south of Zhoushan Island and became a short cut from the new city to the Lingang Industrial Base on the northern part of the island. In the future, residents of the New Town will be able to travel to Beibei without passing through the Baiquan and Jinmao. At this point, the Zhoushan Port Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and Beibei Industrial Park will achieve a 15-minute direct traffic circle to Dinghai, Shenjiamen and Xincheng.
