The control of the suction temperature of the compressor to be tested is controlled by the suction and exhaust pressure. When the inspiratory pressure is adjusted, the inspiratory temperature also changes accordingly. The controller outputs a control signal to the liquid electronic expansion valve to adjust the flow rate of the supercooled liquid according to the deviation between the temperature at the side of the suction port of the compressor and the set temperature of the working condition. When the suction temperature is higher than the set value of the working condition, the opening degree of the expansion valve is automatically increased, and the opening degree is decreased, ensuring that the suction temperature is well stabilized within the specified fluctuation range. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the calorimeter is to ensure that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant gas of the calorimeter is not less than 6 °C. When the suction and exhaust pressure is close to the working condition, the electric heating amount of the calorimeter is determined according to the flow of the main side. Heating can be controlled either automatically or manually.
