Chlor-alkali Chemical announced on the evening of April 24 that in order to meet the ethylene demand gap of the ethylene-dichloride plant, the company plans to build a new 30000m3 low-temperature ethylene storage and transportation device in the Huasheng plant with a total investment of 238 million yuan.
The project is scheduled to start in December 2012 and completed and put into production in June 2014. It is expected that the overall internal rate of return on investment will be 11.39% and the total investment recovery period will be 8.86 years.
