First, the reading is unstable

Analysis of the factors: The ultrasonic oscillation of the device's ultrasonic flow sensor is large or there are changes in the flow state equipment (such as the flow meter device downstream of the regulating valve, pump, and contraction orifice).

Solution: Adapt the flow sensor away from the source of the vibration or upstream of the device that changes the flow.

Second, the reading is not accurate, error

Factor analysis:

1. Ultrasonic Flowmeter Sensors The sediments on the top and bottom of the horizontal pipeline disturb the ultrasonic signal. Solution: Install the sensor on both sides of the pipe.

2. The ultrasonic flowmeter sensor is mounted on the water flow down pipe, and the pipe is not filled with fluid. Solution: Install the sensor on the fluid-filled pipe section.

3. There are devices that make the flow regime strong, such as: venturi, orifice plate, vortex flowmeter, turbine flowmeter or some closed valve, just in the scale of sensor launch and acceptance, making the reading inaccurate. Solution: The sensor is mounted remotely from the above device, the sensor is located upstream from the device 30D, and the downflow is from the above device 10D or is moved upstream of the above device.

4. The input diameter of the ultrasonic flowmeter does not match the internal diameter of the pipe. Solution: Correct the diameter to match it.

Third, the sensor is good, but the flow rate is low or no flow rate

Factor analysis:

1, because the paint and rust outside the pipeline are not removed. Solution: Eradicate the pipe from the head, device sensors.

2. The surface of the pipe surface is uneven or the ultrasonic flowmeter equipment is at the welding seam. Solution: Smooth the pipe away from the weld.

3, the pipe roundness is not good, inside and outside the table is not lubricated, there is tube lining scale. If the pipe is a cast iron pipe, this may be the case. Solution: Select the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe to lubricate the pipeline raw materials or lining the local area.

4. The measured medium is pure or the suspended solids are too low. Solution: Select the appropriate other type of appearance.

5, the sensor device on the fiberglass pipe. Solution: Remove the glass fiber.

6, sensor device on the sleeve, it will weaken the ultrasonic signal. Solution: Move the sensor to the unsleeved pipe section.

7. The coupling between the sensor and the pipeline is not good, and the coupling surface has gaps or bubbles. Solution: Reciprocating device coupling agent.

Fourth, when the control valve is somewhat closed or decreased flow rate, the reading will be added

Analysis of factors: The sensor is installed too close to the flow of the control valve. When some of the valves are closed, the practice of measuring the flow rate is to control the flow rate of the valve's reduced-diameter flow. The flow rate is increased due to the decrease in the diameter.

Solution: Move the sensor away from the control valve, the sensor upstream from the control valve 30D or the sensor to the control valve upstream from the control valve 5D.

Five, ultrasonic flowmeter operation is normal, suddenly the ultrasonic flowmeter is no longer measuring the flow

Factor analysis:

1. The measured medium is changed. Solution: Change the measurement method.

2. The measured medium is vaporized because of excessive temperature. Solution: Cooling

3. The temperature of the measured medium exceeds the limit temperature of the sensor. Solution: Cooling

4. The couplant below the sensor ages or is wasted. Solution: Coupling agent from scratch

5, because of the appearance of high-frequency disturbance so that the appearance exceeds its own filter value. Solution: Keep away from disturbing sources

6, accounting machine data loss. Solution: Input all accurate parameters from the beginning

7, accounting machine crashes. Solution: Start the accounting machine from scratch
