Toyota into the world's best-selling car brand

Toyota into the world's best-selling car brand According to reports, from January to September this year, Toyota surpassed its main competitors Volkswagen and GM in sales, becoming the world's best-selling car brand so far this year.

On Monday (October 28th), Toyota Motor Corporation released data saying that in the first three quarters of this year, Toyota's global sales of new cars reached 7.41 million. This figure also includes the sales of Toyota's two sub-brands, Daihatsu and Hino. Compared with the same period of last year, Toyota’s sales volume in the first three quarters of this year increased slightly by 0.1 percentage point. This is mainly due to Toyota's outstanding performance in the US market. Due to the territorial disputes between China and Japan, Toyota’s sales in the domestic market were severely frustrated and, to a certain extent, offset by the rapid growth of the US market.

General Motors ranks second in the sales list with Toyota's 7.25 million results. The third place is the public. In the first three quarters of this year, Volkswagen sold a total of approximately 7.03 million new cars worldwide. Although GM and Volkswagen failed to achieve Toyota's overtake in total sales, GM and Volkswagen maintained their lead in Toyota's growth. Compared with the same period of last year, GM and Volkswagen increased their sales of new cars by 4.6% and 4.8% respectively.

Unlike Toyota's calculation method, Volkswagen did not include the sales of its two heavy truck brands, Man and Scania. As of September this year, Scania sold a total of 56,220 new cars, and Mann's sales data has not yet been announced. According to previous years' data, Scania and Mann's two brands have a total annual sales of about 200,000 units. As a result, the gap between Volkswagen and GM is reduced to about 70,000 units. In any case, GM and Volkswagen have failed to shake Toyota's global automotive industry's "first brother" status.

Plate Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchangers can be divided into categories according to their function or characteristics. The most common type is the Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger, which uses gaskets between its plates to create a hermetic seal between them. Another type is the Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger, which is a sealed unit where the plates are joined together by a brazing process. There are also welded plate heat exchangers, involving the use of welding, as well as semi-welded and fully-welded models. Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger consists of two thin metal plates with a herringbone structure on them, the plates are welded together to form a series of interconnected pillow chambers.

Plate heat exchangers are typically used for applications including heating, cooling, heat recovery and condensing, and are especially useful for industrial applications as they are compact. efficient, cost-effective, easy to use and require minima maintenance. Additionally, plate heat exchangers can be used totransfer fluids of different temperatures quickly and in a wide range of flow rates.

Plate heat exchangers are highly suitable for industrial and domestic applications such as air conditioning and refrigeration, radiators and condensers. Oil cooling, chemical processes, food and beverage processing.
