From the noise comparison curve, it can be seen that for the 105-cavity double-arc gear, it is better to use 70 gear oil as the lubricant than to use the 150 gear oil as the lubricant (for example, when the speed is 960r/min, both With a difference of about 6dB), especially at high speed (more than 000r/min), if 150 gear oil is used as the lubricant, the noise reduction of the 105-hole double-arc gear not only disappears completely, but the noise is more than the ordinary double-arc gear. It can be seen from the above that 70 gear oil is not ideal as a lubricant for ordinary double-circle gears, but it has good vibration and noise reduction for the double-point gears of the fork hole. For example, when the load is 196 Nm and the speed is 1480 r/min, 70 gear oil is used as the lubricant. The noise value of the 104 double-circle gear is 102.5 dB(A), and the noise value of the 104-fork double-lens gear is 96 dB ( A); Under the same working condition, the 15040 gear oil is used as the lubricant, the noise value of the 14 double-circle gears is 98.2dB(A), and the noise value of the 104-pitch double-round gears is 97.5dB(A). Therefore, the same lubricant has different effects on the dynamic characteristics of the same double-round gears before and after opening.
From the overall test, it is ideal to use 70 gear oil as the lubricant for the hole double round gear. Of course it would be better to use other lubricants in certain situations.

The same kind of lubricant has different effects on the dynamic characteristics of ordinary double-circular gears and the dynamic characteristics of forks and holes. Therefore, the experience of selecting a conventional double-circle gear lubricant cannot be used to determine the lubricant for the fork and the hole double-round gear.
