Steel structure anti-corrosion construction technology and technical measures (A) steel base surface treatment
1. Use a combination of manual and mechanical methods to remove rust. Use the tools such as angle grinder, steel wire brush, and iron sand cloth to remove dust, dirt, burrs, water stains, grease, and aged paint layers. Clear it clean.
2. If the metal surface is rusted and rusted, the surface rust layer must be polished with an angle grinder or an iron cloth to expose the original color of the metal.
3, the surface of the paint film intact parts should remove the surface of dust, grease, water stains, dirt and other attachments, in order to improve the adhesion of the base surface of the application of iron abrasive cloth to roughen the surface, and the use of cotton yarn or compressed air to clean the surface dust.
4. The base surface derusting standard reaches manual rust removal up to St3 level.
5. After the rust removal on the base surface, the coating construction can be carried out after passing the inspection and acceptance by Party A.
6. To prevent secondary pollution, apply a primer immediately after the base surface treatment.
7. Steel Structure Coating Construction (1) Before the construction of the steel structure coating, clean the dust on the surface, inside corners, and grooves with a brush or compressed air.
(2) Mix the coating according to the product regulations and mix well. The curing time is controlled within 30 minutes. The construction is completed within 6 hours. The minimum coating interval can not be less than 24 hours and the longest is no more than 7 days.
(3) The construction temperature is 5 degrees-35 degrees and the relative humidity is ≤85%. Construction is not allowed under the conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
(4) The tools used for construction shall be clean and dry. The paint shall not be mixed with water, banana water, alcohol solvents, gasoline and other impurities. The paint shall be ready for use and must be completed within 6 hours in order to prevent the glue from being formed. Necessary losses increase construction costs.
(5) Make sure the coating is applied without any leakage or rust.
(6) The coating brushing should be even and beautiful, so that it does not leak paint, not misuse, no flow, no peeling, no damage, no pinholes, no obvious wrinkles.
(7) After the previous process is completed, it must reach the actual dry time of the product and then proceed with the construction of the next process.
(8) The thickness and uniformity of the coating should be ensured when brushing. (9) The thickness of the coating and the total thickness of the coating should be maintained during brushing.
(9) Acceptance criteria: Daily measurement without wrinkle, hanging flow, bubbles, exposed bottom, pinhole, etc. or with thickness gauge.
(II) Intermediate inspection and final inspection
1. The intermediate inspection shall be inspected during the construction process. According to the technological requirements and Party A's requirements and after completion of each process, the next process shall be carried out after inspection and acceptance, and the inspection checkpoints and stoppages shall be determined. Can enter the next process construction.
2. Final inspection After the completion of construction, the final inspection will be carried out by the tripartite organization before the construction facility is demolished.
