Recently, Plan B Energy Storage Company (PBES) received a contract to provide an energy storage system for the electric aquaculture support vessel "Elfrida" of the Norwegian aquaculture industry. This is a landmark project that highlights the trend of adopting green technology in Norway.

It is reported that the "Elfrida" was put into operation in February 2017, with a speed of 12 knots and can operate for 8 hours per charge. In particular, the ship does not require diesel fuel, significantly reducing operating costs.
