2. The actual liquid viscosity is greater than the test liquid viscosity;
3. When the small inlet valve is closed, the medium is not filled with the metering chamber.
Treatment method: 1. Reduce flow pulsation or increase gas separator;
2. Select the test fluid that is close to the actual liquid viscosity to check the flowmeter or make viscosity correction;
3. Use the flow meter outlet valve to regulate the flow of the medium.
5. The indication value of the secondary meter is more than one indication value of the table. The fault is caused by the vibration of the transmitting blade, which can be solved by appropriately adjusting the pressure of the damping piece on the blade.
6. The indication value of the secondary meter is less than the value indicated by the primary meter. Cause: 1. The fastening screw at the signal blade is loose;
2. The transmitter is dropped.
