Nearly 20% of products in Gansu bearing market failed

As a basic part, bearing products are widely used in all walks of life, and their technical level and product quality all have an important impact on the performance, quality and safety of the supporting host. Recently, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Gansu Province conducted a random inspection of the quality of bearing products sold on the market in the province. The test results show that the product qualification rate is 84.2%, and the unqualified indexes such as inner diameter, outer diameter, and clearance are the main factors affecting the bearing quality.

It is reported that the Quality Supervision Bureau of the province has spot-checked 184 batches of 139 bearing production and distribution companies, and 155 batches have been qualified. The sampling inspection pass rate of the products is 84.2%. Inspection found that the quality of the main bearing problems is that the inner diameter, outer diameter, clearance, width, hardness, appearance and other indicators do not meet the requirements of national standards.

The inner diameter, outer diameter, clearance, and hardness are the main quality indicators that affect the accuracy and performance of the bearing.

The dispersion of the inner and outer diameter dimension precision is too large, the overshoot phenomenon is serious, the assembly product bearing clearance is not in conformity with the standard and the quenching hardness is not up to the standard and the like is a common quality problem of ordinary bearings. The inspection also found that the radial clearance of some of the bearings seriously exceeded the national standards. Radial clearance exceeds the standard will shorten the bearing life, and will produce noise, increase the host vibration.
