At the same time, natural gas vehicles can reduce CO2 emissions by about 20%, even if compared with hybrid gasoline vehicles, their CO2 emissions still have certain advantages. In the past two years, due to the high price of natural gas, the economic efficiency of natural gas distributed energy has been greatly reduced, and thus the development of domestic natural gas engines has entered a downturn and has continued to decline. According to Shen Bin, at present, many domestic vehicle and engine companies are developing natural gas engines and vehicles. Among them, there are about 30 passenger cars and engine manufacturers, with an engine displacement of 1.0 to 2.4L and a power of 34 to 100kW. All new vehicle announcements have reached the national five emission standards; more than 20 commercial vehicle and engine companies have been involved in the engine row.
