On April 19th, 2011, Chaochai NGD 3.0 diesel engine technology training kicked off in the headquarters of Chaochao Diesel Engine . The first batch of the first batch of DPRK service providers from the three northeastern provinces participated in the training.

In the training class, Li Guixin, a senior engineer of the sales company, explained the structural principle and assembly process of the NGD 3.0 diesel engine. Xiao Muting, a senior technician of the sales company, introduced the NGD 3.0 diesel engine common fault analysis and treatment ideas.
In order to verify the effectiveness of the training, on April 21st, all students were given theoretical examinations at the Chaoyang Comprehensive Intelligent Building.
From the perspective of the entire training process, we achieved the desired results. The trainees went back to their respective posts to do a good job of communication, help, and service, and promote sales through services.
A Top Sub, or Crossover Sub as it is sometimes called, is used to attach the motor to the drill-string.
The crossover Sub typically has a standard API box connection that connects to the drill-string and a proprietary pin connection that connects to the motor.
