Slough beneficiation is a method of making ore by using a stream of water flowing along a slope. After the slurry is given to the chute, the loose stratification and separation process of the different density of the ore is carried out under the combined action of the force of the water flow, the gravity of the ore (or centrifugal force), the friction of the ore and the bottom of the tank. The result of the stratification is that the densely-concentrated ore particles are concentrated in the lower layer, move forward along the bottom of the tank at a lower speed, and then exit the tank or deposit on the bottom of the tank to become a concentrate; the small-density ore particles are concentrated in the upper layer to The large speed is taken away by the current and becomes a tailings. Therefore, mineral particles of different nature can be selected by density in the tank, but the size and shape of the ore particles will affect the accuracy of sorting.
There are many types of chutes. According to the particle size of the treated ore, it can be divided into two categories: ore (greater than 74 microns) chute and slime (less than 74 microns) chute. Common chutes are shown in Table 3-4.

The ore chute is mainly used for the rough selection of gold , platinum , tin sand ore and other rare metals such as monazite and zircon . The slime chute is often used for the rough selection of tin, tungsten and rare metals, and the belt chute is dedicated to the selection.
Precautions for daily maintenance of hydraulic cylinders
1. Regularly inspect the sealing components of the hydraulic cylinder, such as O-rings and gaskets, to ensure that they are intact and undamaged. If there is wear or aging, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

5. Regularly inspect the surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and promptly repair or replace it if there are scratches or wear.
6. Regularly inspect the hydraulic system of the hydraulic cylinder, and promptly handle any problems such as oil leakage or unstable pressure.
7. When the hydraulic cylinder is not in use for a long time, its hydraulic oil should be drained to avoid oil aging, deterioration, and affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
8. When repairing or replacing hydraulic cylinders, attention should be paid to safety to avoid sudden movement or pressure release of the hydraulic cylinder, which may cause personal injury or equipment damage.
