This project is one of the achievements of the implementation of the transformation and development program of the main station, the establishment of a technical stand, and scientific monitoring. The project is led by the China National Environmental Monitoring Center. Participating units include: Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Henan Environmental Monitoring Center, Hubei Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Dalian Environmental Monitoring Center, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, and Chinese People’s Liberation Army’s Chemical Defense Command. 12 colleges such as engineering college. The total funding for the project is 54.49 million yuan, of which China has allocated 30.49 million and enterprises have provided 24 million yuan. This project aims to develop home-made ICP-MS instruments based on the development of domestic ICP-MS analysis and detection methods for environmental monitoring, environmental safety, food safety, geological and mining fields. Through the implementation of this project, the manufacturing level of China's analytical instruments will be greatly improved, and the situation in which “high, refined, and sharp†analytical instruments are completely dependent on imports will be broken. This will effectively improve the monitoring and scientific research capabilities and technological level of the national environmental monitoring system and promote the nationwide Environmental monitoring system technology transformation.
The ICP-MS instrument quality improvement and pilot demonstration project undertaken by Hubei Provincial Environmental Monitoring Center Station. Through domestic ICP-MS analysis and testing of heavy metal contaminants in different media, performance testing of home-grown ICP-MS instruments was performed, technical performance indicators and detection methods of ICP-MS were prepared, and relevant application demonstrations were performed, thereby improving The performance, quality, stability, reliability and safety of the instrument are compared with similar imported instruments and equipments. The performance of the developed instrument is compared with the performance of similar foreign products. The performance and quality of the domestic ICP-MS, the development direction and recommendations are also proposed.
The director of Shenfan, an environmental monitoring center station in Hubei Province, signed a task agreement with the National Task Force on Major Scientific Instruments and completed the task of scientific research on time according to the requirements of the main station.
