·独立发动机企业靠“多元化”抗击市场风险

2014年潍柴、玉柴两大独立发动机企业虽均未能实现当年销量目标，但基本保持了在各自传统市场中的地位。玉柴虽然全年销量同比下降7.06%，但销售额同比增长3%、市场份额提升1.4个百分点，2014年玉柴在通机动力、船电动力、乘用车动力、燃气动力和海外市场的销量正增长，在客车动力市场实现了预期销售目标，继续保持了在客车这一传统优势领域的龙头老大地位。潍柴则在主流重卡企业自建发动机和外资发动机企业强势进攻的重压下，通过在船舶、发电机组、汽车起重机等领域的增长，抵消了重卡市场销量的下降。
    但两家企业目前承受的市场压力也是显而易见的。众所周知，商用车市场的发展与宏观经济增速密切相关。2015年我国宏观经济仍存在下行压力已成共识，在市场需求不振和购车成本上涨的不利形势下，商用车市场的销量自然不容乐观，这一压力也将相应传导至发动机企业身上。
    独立发动机企业的市场危机感自然更为强烈。一方面在重机市场，重卡企业纷纷上马发动机项目，而且公路货运受高铁货运的冲击越来越大；另一方面，外资发动机巨头凭借技术优势步步紧逼，不断挤压企业固有的市场空间。
    从目前看，继续多年前的产品、市场的多元化发展思路，提升自身在质量、成本、交付方面以及服务上的竞争力，仍将是2015年潍柴、玉柴等独立发动机企业抗衡市场风险的主要途径。
    凭借更为丰富的产品谱系和技术、规模成本优势，随着这些企业产品结构、市场结构和精益管理的不断优化，未来独立发动机企业仍将成为这一市场的中流砥柱。从市场的拓展看，除了船舶、发电机组、通机等市场的开拓，海外出口也将成为独立发动机企业实现市场突围的重要途径。

The metal, typically a non-ferrous alloy such as aluminium or zinc, is melted in the furnace and then injected into the dies in the die casting machine. After the molten metal is injected into the dies, it rapidly cools and solidifies into the final part, called the casting parts.
