First, the oil can only be replaced

Many operators will pay attention to check the oil quantity of the oil and add it according to the standard, but ignore the inspection of the oil quality and the replacement of the deteriorated oil, so that some moving parts of the engine always operate in a poor lubrication environment. The oil is easily contaminated and loses its role in protecting the diesel engine. It is easy to put into use only if it is not changed, and it is easy to cause accidents such as burning tiles and holding shafts.

Second, the mess of butter

Butter is a grease commonly used in the repair of construction machinery to provide lubrication and sealing. Therefore, some repairmen apply a layer of butter to the cylinder mat when installing the cylinder head gasket, which is considered to increase the sealing performance of the diesel engine. As everyone knows, this will affect the performance of the diesel engine.

If butter is applied to the cylinder head gasket during installation, when the cylinder head bolts are tightened, a part of the butter will be squeezed into the cylinder water channel and the oil passage. When the butter remaining between the cylinder heads is working in the cylinder, some of them will flow due to the high temperature. The human cylinder burns, and the other part remains on the joint surface of the cylinder block and the cylinder head, so that a gap is formed between the cylinder head gasket, the cylinder head and the plane of the machine body, and the high temperature and high pressure gas can easily impact the cylinder gasket from here, destroying the cylinder gasket and causing leakage. gas.

Third, the cylinder liner and piston products are not assembled and installed

Many repairers think that new products should be standard parts when they are repaired. Therefore, in the face of new cylinder liners and piston products, it is often not to look at the specific size. This will result in many cases where the cylinder liner and the piston product are not matched. When the largest size cylinder is equipped with the smallest size piston, the gap between the two will be too large and the compression will be weak.

Fourth, the bolts are desperately tightened

Five, the water tank is opened with cold water

In the case of overloaded engine operation and poor heat dissipation, the condition of the water tank opening is caused. The first reaction of many repairmen is to add water. However, if cold water is added at this time, the cylinder head and the cylinder will burst.
