In the "Research on Gas-phase Hydrogen Peroxide Sensor Calibration System", the working group conducted research on hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring device based on mid-infrared TDLAS. The working characteristics of the 8mm quantum cascade laser are understood, and the effects of the time constant of the lock-in amplifier, the modulation frequency and the modulation depth on the second harmonic signal are studied. On this basis, suitable parameters were chosen to measure hydrogen peroxide with a detection limit of 2.31 ppm. At the same time, the experts carried out studies on the occurrence characteristics of hydrogen peroxide generators. The flow rates of hydrogen peroxide solutions were set to 0.5 g/min, 1 g/min, 1.5 g/min, 2 g/min, and 4 g/min, respectively. The TDLAS hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring device monitors the hydrogen peroxide concentration and the generated hydrogen peroxide concentration stability is less than 1.5% with a concentration range of 160 to 1076 ppm. In the experiment, a potassium permanganate titration method was used for hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring device calibration, with a slope of 43.534 ppm/mV and R2 of 0.99947.
