1. Strictly abide by the national radio communication confidentiality system and communication code. Carefully implement the radio communication specifications. 2. Choose a person who is politically reliable, has a strong sense of responsibility, and has been trained for a week to serve as a reporter. The operator must stick to his post and be responsible. 3. Radio communication should establish an independent communication room, and the staff should have a convenient operating position. 4. Keep the room clean and well ventilated. The machine should be installed smoothly and its position should be no less than 0.2 meters away from the wall or other facilities. 5. The machine should be installed away from the heat source and not in direct sunlight. It is not allowed to install the machine in a place with excessive humidity or humidity, and the relative humidity of the working environment is not allowed to exceed 80%. The ambient temperature should be between -10 and +60 °C. 6. The machine must be installed at a position 20 meters away from the running electronic equipment, high voltage cable, and generator. Leave the magnetic material 10 meters away. In case of power-on, it will have an adverse effect on the radio. 7. With a dipole antenna, the emitter orientation should be aligned with the main communication station, and the direction angle must not exceed 45°.
8. The antenna should be erected with an open antenna site. The antenna away from tall buildings, metal structures and other antenna network, leaving 60 meters outside the high-voltage grid. 9. The antenna feeder should be led vertically to the engine room. It is not allowed to connect the feeders arbitrarily, and there should be no splicing and opening. The feeder should be in good insulation when it contacts the wall. 10. For the ground wire used by the station, use the shortest and thickest metal wires. The length of the wire from the machine to the surface should not exceed 2 meters. The grounding* end should be firmly welded to the metal plate buried in the ground. The depth of the plate is not less than 1.2 meters, and the ground should be kept moist. 11. After the communication machine is installed, you must carefully check whether the connection between the host and the antenna tuner, power supply, ground wire, antenna and single and double converter is reliable. The antenna and ground wire cannot be opened. 12. The AC power supply voltage should be in the range of 200 volts to 240 volts. After the regulated power supply is turned on, the output voltage indicated by the meter should be 13.8 volts. Otherwise, it cannot be turned on. 13. Before sending and receiving the signal, the transceiver should adjust the switch and knob according to the following rules: (1) audio gain, squelch knob, counterclockwise to the head; (2) RF gain, RF power knob, clockwise to the maximum; (3) tone, microphone gain, passband tuning knob at the center position; (4) wave limiter, filter switch, in the raised position; (5) tuning rate switch, band switch, voice-activated emission, speech compression, noise suppression , voice-activated gain, voice-activated delay switch, in the off position; (6) automatic gain control in a slow position.
14. Use the transceiver to communicate with the other party. Whether it is receiving or transmitting, you must use the upper or lower sideband. 15. First turn on the regulated power supply and observe if the meter has an output voltage of 13.8 volts. Then, turn on the power to the main unit, and after two seconds, the frequency indicator should light. 16. Article 16 Press the function switch to accurately select the single sideband working mode. All radio stations in the National Ambulance Radio Communication Network use the lower sideband method for work. 17. First use the band select switch to select the band used and then turn off the band switch. Turn on the frequency speed switch, select the frequency you use, and then turn it off. The two switches cannot simultaneously turn on the selection frequency. 18. Adjust the squelch and RF gain knobs to make the receiving indicator light. Turn the audio gain knob clockwise to get a comfortable frequency. The meter pointer should be around 10 decibels. 19. The antenna tuner must be activated for tuning before launching. The meter switch is placed in the “stationary wave ratio†position. When the meter is transmitting at 100 watts, the standing wave ratio reading must not be greater than 2. 20. Place the meter switch in the “output power†position and adjust the transmit power. Use the transceiver switch to select the transmission mode, speak in normal voice, the meter pointer should swing, and the emission indicator should be lit. 21. To change the frequency for contact, the antenna tuner must be restarted for tuning. It is strictly forbidden to start the antenna tuner for tuning during the signal transmission. 22. When the transmission power is less than 100 watts and the standing wave ratio is greater than 2, the transmission is not allowed. 23. At the same location, the two communication units cannot transmit at the same time, and cannot receive signals from high-power stations within 8 km. 24. Do not unplug or plug in the microphone after turning it on. Do not adjust the knob or switch that should not be debugged when launching.
