First, turn on the power of the instrument and warm up for about 30 minutes.
Second, clear, calibration. Take the round black module and put it on the measuring part of the instrument. The black module should be marked with the degree of the figure to check whether the product to be tested meets the standard, and gently wipe the module with a small brush to prevent foreign matter such as flour from entering, affecting the measured value and completing calibration.
Third, hit the sample. Wipe the glass piece cleanly. Under the action of the powder knife, fill the flour to be tested in the module held by the backhand, remove the powder knife, press firmly with the small solid module, remove the solid small module, and buckle the white cover. Hold the end with the glass piece by hand, the palm of the hand is up, do not break the glass piece, keep the surface of the product to be tested (flour) smooth. Note that during the preparation process, use a small brush to wipe off the spilled flour on the module.
4. Place the prepared module (the black module) in the measurement section of the whiteness meter, face down, slowly release the hand, wait for the value on the module to be displayed on the instrument, then press the “Calibration†button to remove the standard module. .
5. Place the prepared flour module with the flour facing up and place it in the standard module placement (groove facing down).
6. Press the “Test†button on the white meter to complete the test task and record the number on the notebook.
