Laser Welding Of Spiral Finned Tubes
Laser Welded Finned Tubes (stainless steel) imported from Germany are used in boiler reconstruction projects. Their volume is one fifth of that of traditional boilers. They cover an ultra small area. The stainless steel material is guaranteed for 15 years (compared with high-frequency welded finned tubes), and the energy saving is increased by 30%. The technology of laser welding fin tube is advanced, and the fin and tube are 100% welded, without the use of filler materials, and there are no impurities on the weld. It can be used in high-end condensing boilers, wall mounted boilers, petrochemical, power plants, nuclear power and other industries.
The use of laser welded finned tubes is one of the earliest and most successful discoveries in the process of improving tube heat exchange. This method is the most widely used method of all laser welded finned tubes to enhance heat transfer.
