Eccentric rotary control valve body flow path is simple, low resistance, compared with the single-diaphragm, double-seat valve, have a larger flow capacity, but the weight is only about 1/3. Imported control valve deflection valve adopts rotary motion, which improves the sealing function of the stuffing box and has a large output force. Therefore, the leakage of the valve is small, the rigidity is large, and it can work reliably under the rated pressure difference. The eccentric rotary valve and the valve stem only perform rotary motion, so the friction force it experiences when the switch rotates is very small. When the valve core and the valve seat contact and close, the soft arm of the valve core generates slight elastic deformation under the action of the thrust of the actuator. The elastic tension force makes the contact between the valve plug and the valve seat more tightly and firmly. Therefore, the leakage amount of the eccentric rotary valve is very small. The thrust required to close the valve at the same time is smaller than the ball valve and the butterfly valve.

Eccentric rotary control valve features:

1) Long valve seat life. Durable, sturdy metal or ceramic seat ring seals and eccentric spools, during opening and closing, as shown on the left, reduce the friction between the valve plug and the valve seat, and improve the damage of the valve seat sealing surface, and Resistance at opening. When the valve core rotates to the closed position, the valve core and the valve seat seal ring will automatically overlap, so that the sealing surface can be more reasonably matched. Seat ring material can be selected 316 stainless steel, A105 forged carbon steel hardfacing alloys and ceramics.

2) reliable performance. Special valve seat seal design, automatic centering, self-overlap, dynamic alignment with the valve core, can increase the service life. Sealed metal bearings prevent the accumulation of the axial surface of the particles and prevent the spool from rotating.

3) Multiple operations can be performed. Self-centering seat ring seals and a sturdy spool allow sealing in either forward or reverse direction. In the backward flow direction, the outlet turbulence zone is away from the sealing surface of the valve seat. In addition, the 90° C stroke of the valve core also helps to reduce the flushing of the valve core and the flowing medium and reduce the possibility of damage.

4) Easy to install. Flanged bodies can be flanged to different grades of pipe. With different design requirements, exposed flange screws can also be avoided. The positioning surface and the overall effect when installing are also good. Pressurized flangeless valve body can also be provided, which can be positioned by means of flange screws.
