Applications:Belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment. The machine is used for drying the piece, strip and particle shape materials with good ventilation. The machine is suitable for the materials, such as de-watering vegetable, herbal traditional Chinese medicine and others, for which the water content rate is high and high temperature is not allowed. The machine owns advantages that its drying speed is fast, the evaporation strength is high and the product quality is good. To de-watering filtering cake state paste material, after granulating it to strip-type, could be dried also.
Principle:
The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. Part of damp tail air will be exhausted by fan, tail air is controlled by valve. Hot air passes through the mesh-belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The speed of mesh-belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to customer's requirement. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.

1. Q: Please describe your warranty period.
   A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after  the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
  A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
   A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
   A: We are a professional manufacturer. We have a pilot plant for customers to do sample testing.Â
